At the DOC, we integrate the most agile levels of 24x7 monitoring and care as well as the specialisation of each of the competency centres, in cybersecurity, cloud services and solutions, at the highest level.

Our centre also has a cross-organisational coordination department called SSC (Service Support Centre), a specialised team in charge of leading and managing our clients critical incidents, ensuring that when an incident occurs, their services, regardless of the nature or geographical location, are restored as quickly and easily as possible, guaranteeing the control and management of all the changes and work scheduled and/or executed.
