Our center in Madrid also has a cross-organisational coordination department called SSC (Service Support Centre), a specialised team in charge of leading and managing our clients critical incidents, ensuring that when an incident occurs, their services, regardless of the nature or geographical location, are restored as quickly and easily as possible, guaranteeing the control and management of all the changes and work scheduled and/or executed.
